שירותי VPS חינם: השירות הינו חינם לכל לקוח שבחשבונו נפח המסחר המינימאלי הוא נפח מסחר חודשי של 500,000 דולר ומעלה בכל אחד משלושת החודשים הקודמים. כל לקוח אשר מבצע בחשבונו נפח מסחר חודשי ממוצע של 500,000 דולר ומעלה בשלושת החודשים הקודמים, יקבל החזר מלא בגין השירות האמור. ככלל, בתחילת החודש (בין ה-1 ל-15 בחודש) דמי שימוש בגובה של 30 דולר, שייגבו ישירות מחשבון המסחר.

מרווח ממוצע: המרווחים הממוצעים, בשקלול על פני זמן, נגזרים מהמחירים הסחירים של FXCM בין ה-1 בינואר 2022 ל-31 במרץ 2022. מאחר שהמרווח מבטא בעיקר את הפער בין מחיר הקנייה למחיר המכירה של הנכס (למרווח עשויה להתווסף עמלה), הרי שמדובר בערך משתנה. הערך המובא כאן נתון לשינויים מתמידים והוא מופיע כאן לצורך המחשה בלבד ליעדי הביצוע הטובים ביותר של FXCM עבור הוראות המסחר של לקוחותיה. על כן, אין ערובה וגם אין זה סביר כי זה יהיה ערך המרווח המדויק שאתה תראה בעת פתיחה וסגירה של עסקאות, אלא אומדן למה שעליך לצפות. FXCM אינה אחראית לכל טעות, השמטה או עיכובים בגין פעולות שהסתמכו על מידע זה.

טבלת הציטוטים המובאים לעיל:
הציטוטים המוצגים, נמשכים מתוך מערכת המסחר של החברה, והם משקפים מרווחים הניתנים למודל חשבון מסחר בסיסי/סטנדרטי בלבד (הם אינם משקפים מרווחים העשויים לחול בחשבונות מסחר תחת מודל מסחרי אחר). המרווחים משתנים באופן תדיר, ובפועל הם עשויים להיות שונים, וזאת מכיוון שהטבלה לעיל מתעדכנת בתדירות של 30 טיקים לשנייה. בהמשך, יש להבין כי בשווקים ובמוצרים פיננסים נזילים מאוד, המרווחים עשויים להשתנות עד למועד העלאתן לטבלה שלעיל, ובנסיבות העניין ונוכח כלל האמור לעיל, החברה תפנה את לקוחותיה לבירור המרווח העדכני במערכת המסחר, עצמה.
עוד יובהר כי על אף שהמרווחים שלעיל, מוגדרים כמרווחים מייצגים בזמן אמת, עשוי להתקיים פער (כפי שכבר צויין) בין המרווח שישולם ע״י הלקוח בפועל לבין המרווח שבטבלה, וזאת בשל כל אחת מהסיבות המפורטות להלן: חיבור תקשורת לקוי מצד הלקוח (המעכב את עדכון אתר החברה), תקלות בשרת, בעיות ברשת, שביתות, נעילות, אסונות טבע וכו, כל אלו הם מעבר לשליטתה של החברה. בנסיבות האמורות, החברה מציעה כי הלקוח יעיין במרווחים המפורטים במערכת המסחר כדי למנוע נטילת סיכונים מיותרים.
