Crown Resorts is one of Australia's largest entertainment, resort and gambling companies. In Australia, it owns and operates three of the country's leading integrated resorts: Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth, and Crown Sydney. In the U.K., it owns and operates Crown Aspinalls, a high-end London casino, and it has a 50% equity interest in Aspers Group, which operates four regional casinos in the country. It also owns a 20% interest in Nobu, the upscale restaurant and hotel chain.[1]
Crown owns several online digital gambling businesses, including Betfair Australasia, an online betting site for Australian and New Zealand customers, and DGN Games, a developer of online social games. It also owns a 50% stake in Chill Gaming, which focuses on innovation and developing new entertainment products.[1]
