How much of my Trust deed do you need?

To open an account in the name of a trust, the terms of the trust must not prohibit or conflict with the terms of the Client Agreement or Trustee's resolution. You will need to provide FXCM with a copy of the certified trust deed or certified pages of the trust deed with the following information:

  • Full Name of the Trust
  • The full business name (if any) of the trustee in respect of the trust
  • Type of Trust
  • Country in which the trust was established
  • Trustee Information including full name of the trustee (information maybe for a company, individual, or both)
