How Does it Work?
You refer a friend or family member to FXCM. If they open a self-traded account and place five trades, both you and your referral's accounts will be automatically credited with extra cash.* Here's an example:
- Refer your friends and family.
- They open an account.
- You and your referrals get EXTRA CASH.

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility Requirements:
- This promotion is for FXCM LLC (U.S.) and FXCM LTD (UK) accounts only.
- Referrer cannot use any promotional material nor have a Web site to refer accounts.
- Referrers cannot represent themselves as Referring Brokers, Affiliates, Agent of FXCM, etc.
- Referrer must be a live client of FXCM with a non-IRA account.
- Referred client cannot be an existing or previous client of FXCM.
- Referred client's account cannot be under a person or entity classified as a Referring Broker.
- Referred client must open at least one self-traded non-IRA account. Acceptable platforms for trading are the FXCM Trading Station II, MetaTrader 4, Forex System Selector, and Active Trader.
- Referred accounts cannot be managed by a third-party.
- FXCM employees are not eligible.
Payment Rules:
- Both referrer and referred client will be eligible to receive payment once the referred client has placed a minimum of five trades on his/her self-traded account.
- Compensation is paid to the trading account of each qualified referrer and referred client. No other forms of payment will be made.
- One credit to referrer per client that is referred. Please refer to the compensation table contained in the Overview section.
- Compensation is paid to referrer for up to ten referred clients per calendar year.
- The credit amount is determined by the initial deposit and not subsequent deposits.
- FXCM reserves the right to decline or reverse payment should a payment be made in error or is deemed to be the result of unethical practices.
- This offer is nontransferable.
- FXCM retains the right to modify, expand, or cancel this program at any time.

To join the Friends and Family Referral Program you will first need to be an active account holder. Here are four easy steps to get started:
- Submit the online account application—it takes only a few minutes!
- Send a copy of the following via:
FAX (+1 212-897-7669) or E-MAIL (admin@fxcm.com) as a scanned attachment:- Valid Government Issued ID (e.g., driver's license, passport)
- Proof of Residence (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, mortgage bill)
- Fund your account and trade.
- Once your account is live, please submit the short Friends and Family Form under "Existing Client Form"
to sign up for the referral program.
