Bank Wire

Bank wire deposits take approximately one to two business days (domestic) and three to five business days (international), often less, to arrive and process into your trading account. Bank wire deposits may be made in USD.

To deposit funds by bank wire, print the FXCM bank account details below that correspond to the currency of your bank account and take them to your bank for processing.

Here are the simple steps on how to get your reimbursement from FXCM after you fund your account via wire transfer. The deposit amount must be a minimum of $100.00 per deposit transaction, and the upper limit of reimbursement is $40 per deposit transaction.

1. Send a claim email using your FXCM registered email with the subject of “Wire Reimbursement” to infoasia@fxcm.com,

2. In the email body, please include:

  • FXCM account number, account holder name, and account registered email
  • Deposit amount and date
  • Reimbursement amount

Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion period is from now until 30th June 2018 (GMT+8) 23:59. All the deposits must be made by 30th June 2018 (GMT+8) 23:59.
  2. This promotion is only offered to FXCM Markets Limited clients who are residents of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand.
  3. The deposit amount must be a minimum of $100.00 per deposit transaction.
  4. Claim requests must be sent from client’s FXCM registered email.
  5. All claims must be submitted by 15th July 2018 (GMT+8) 23:59.
  6. The upper limit of reimbursement is $40 per deposit transaction. For transfer cost over $40, any difference between actual transfer cost and reimbursement upper limit ($40) should be paid by client.
  7. There is no frequency limit of reimbursement claims for this promotion.
  8. The refund should be credited to your FXCM account within 10 working days after we verify the funding.
  9. FXCM may, in its discretion, decline, cancel, or reverse a reimbursement if a payment is made in error or if any client is determined to have not been in good faith or to have been the result of abusive practices, fraud, or misconduct.
  10. FXCM reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.

FXCM does not accept Third Party payments. Deposits received from an account in a different name and/or held by someone other than the trading account holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an individual account and similar scenarios.
