Why do I need a unique email address?

Most of the communication from FXCM will be sent to you via email.

  • In order to protect the security of your account information, it is important that you have your own personal email address.

To update your email address:

  1. Please log onto MyFXCM with your username and password.
  2. Select “Personal Information” and enter a new email address.
