You will need to own a bank account with one of the local bank accounts supported by FXCM. You can fund your FXCM trading account by completing an online or offline bank transfer.
The maximum deposit is 30,000 CCY or equivalent within one calendar month.
Apple Pay or Google Pay transactions are converted to the base currency of your FXCM trading account when applicable. You may incur additional fees charged by your credit/debit card issuer for currency conversion.
To fund via Apple Pay or Google Pay you must have an account with Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you do not yet have an account you can create one during the deposit process when you choose the deposit method from MyFXCM.com. Apple Pay must be used on the Safari browser.
Within minutes of making a deposit, an email containing your transaction information will be sent to the email address as indicated on the online deposit form.
If your card transaction was declined, the transaction should be lifted from your account normally within a few business days.
