The amount I requested from my trading account is less than the amount I received. Why?

Most of the withdrawal options we offer are free.

• FXCM does charge a small fee for wire withdrawals.
• You can run an “Account Report” to verify the amount removed from your FXCM trading account.

If the amount that is credited to your bank account is less than the withdrawal amount initiated by FXCM, your bank may have used a “send-through” bank in order to receive the funds.

• These banks are also referred to as intermediary banks and usually charge an additional fee for their service. For more information regarding the use of Intermediary banks, please contact your personal bank.
