How do I withdraw funds, when my account is locked?

Please use the registered email address with FXCM and request your withdrawal request by emailing admin@fxcm.com In the email specify your withdrawal method, your FXCM account number and the withdrawal amount. If you want to withdrawal funds via Wire, please send us the following details too:

  • Beneficiary name (Name the bank account is in)
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Address
  • IBAN
