How do I request a withdrawal if I made all my deposits by card?
Deposits made by card are treated as 'purchases'. This means that withdrawals will be directed back (returned) to the same card you used to deposit. We can send back up to the amount deposited by card. *If you deposit 1,000 USD by card, we can return up to 1,000 USD back to the same card.
Additional profits can be sent back to a bank account in your name.
To make a withdrawal, please go to myfxcm.com.
- Once logged in, select "Withdraw".
- Choose "Withdraw" by card and proceed with the prompts.
