What should I do if I forgot my username or password?
If you forgot either the username or password for your Live account, please go to MYFXCM. Select, “Forgot Username/Password” and follow the prompts.
If you forgot your username or password for your Demo account, you may refer to the email we sent you initially when you created the demo. If you are unable to locate that email, please register for a new demo account. Generally, FXCM does not keep demo account information on file.
