1 Applies to all accounts opened on, or after the 9th of June 2017. (Accounts opened before the 9th of June 2017 will be subject to these terms from the 28th of July 2017)
2 Applies to all accounts opened on, or after the 31st of July 2015. (Accounts opened before the 31st of July 2015 will be subject to these terms from the 21st of September 2015)
3 Applies to all accounts opened on, or after the 29th of May 2015. (Accounts opened before the 29th of May 2015 will be subject to these terms from the 19th of June 2015)
