What do I do if my connection field is blank?

If the connection field is blank, please use the following instructions to add the connections back.

Instructions for a Live Account:

1. Click “System” -> select “Login” (to bring up the Login fields)
2. Click “Settings” -> select “New”
3. In the Connection Properties Window enter the following information for Live accounts (Example below):
   • Name: Real
   • Connection: Real
   • URL: http://www.fxcorporate.com
4. Click “OK” to save settings. Then, Click “Test” to test the connections (if the test is unsuccessful, restart step 2).
5. Click “OK” to return the login menu

Instructions for a Demo Account:

1. Click “System” -> select “Login” (to bring up the Login fields)
2. Click “Settings” -> select “New”
3. In the Connection Properties Window enter the following information for Demo accounts (Example below):
   • Name: Demo
   • Connection: Demo
   • URL: http://www.fxcorporate.com
4. Click “OK” to save settings. Then, Click “Test” to test the connections (if the test is unsuccessful, restart 2).
5. Click “OK” to return the login menu
