The Trading Station is not working, how can I resolve this?
To resolve technical issues with the platform, please follow the steps below to uninstall and re-install the platform:
- Navigate to “Start” -> “C drive” -> “Program files (x86)”
- Locate the “Candleworks” folder, right click and choose “Delete”
- Navigate back to "Start" -> "Control Panel"
- Select "Add or Remove Programs" or “Uninstall a Program”
- Right click on "FXCM Trading Station"
- Confirm you want to Uninstall the platform, click "Yes"
- Select “Uninstall Fully” -> click “Finish” to complete the process
When the uninstall is complete, click here to download the platform.
