My buy and sell buttons are greyed out. What do I do?

There can be a few reasons why the BUY or SELL buttons are greyed out.

  • Check your trade size. Confirm that you have entered at least the minimum trade size for the product.

    • The minimum trade size for FX is .01
    • The minimum trade sizes for CFDs can be found on the CFD Product Guide.

  • Confirm that you are logged in by looking at the bottom right hand corner of your platform. If you see “KB” then you are logged in.

  • Confirm that the market and/or product you are trading is currently in session.
