Dear traders — today is NFP day, and the result could reset September Fed expectations.

🟡 GOLD
Gold surged 2.3% → ~$4,489 after Fed Governor Waller signalled he could support keeping rates unchanged if inflation continues to cool.

Watch: $4,450 / $4,500 / $4,550-$4,600

Fed hike odds fell from around 63% toward 50%, helping Treasury yields and USD retreat.

📈 WALL STREET
Dow +1.18% | S&P 500 +1.06% | Nasdaq +1.40%

🤖 Nvidia +1.8% after announcing its planned $12.9bn Hugging Face acquisition. AI remained supportive, although Broadcom fell 2.7% as investors demanded stronger guidance.

💵 FX: USDJPY fell sharply toward 155-156 as BOJ hike expectations increased; EURUSD recovered to around 1.163.
