FXCM EU LTD ("FXCM EU") is a Cyprus Investment Firm ("CIF") registered with the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies (HE 405643) and authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") under license number 392/20. SERVICES AND FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS
FXCM EU is authorised to provide the following services:
Investment Services:
- Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments.
- Execution of orders on behalf of clients.
- Dealing on own account.
Ancillary Services:
- Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments for the account of clients, including custodianship and related services such as cash/collateral management
- Granting credits or loans to one or more financial instruments, where the firm granting the credit or loan is involved in the transaction;
- Foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of investment services.
Financial Instruments:
- Transferable securities;
- Financial contracts for differences.
CLIENT MONEY
Accounts with FXCM EU are segregated in accordance with CySEC's client money rules. Accordingly, in the unlikely event of default, client funds held in segregated accounts are protected, and cannot be used to benefit other creditors. Learn more about safety of client funds.
