Please note that if you have a profitable month but the amount is below the High Water Mark, the 20% Performance Fee will not apply to you, yet the Trader's reserve will be increased by 20% of the generated profit. In addition, if you have a negative monthly PnL, you may not be eligible for the full Performance Fee. For example, if during your second month, you do not maintain the necessary performance, then you will not be eligible for second 10% of the profits.
